Christina Roe

Program Adminstrator

Christina came to Early Childhood Education as a second career after spending more than fifteen years in the travel industry. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mid-Michigan College and continues to pursue professional development through ongoing continuing education courses in the field.

Prior to joining Zion, Christina served for nine years as Director and Lead Teacher at Good Shepherd Early Childhood Center in Alma. Following the center's closure in May 2016, she joined the staff at Zion in July 2016 and has spent the past ten years joyfully teaching and serving young children and their families.

Christina has been married to Chadwick for 27 years and has been blessed with three children: Isabel (24), Eliot (22), and Ian (20). The Roe family are active members of Zion Lutheran Church and are grateful for the opportunity to serve within the church and school community.

Christina considers it a blessing to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the children entrusted to Zion's care and to help them grow both spiritually and academically. She is passionate about supporting each family enrolled in the center and is deeply committed to the mission of the Early Childhood Ministry. This ministry holds a special place in her heart and remains an important part of the work and outreach of Zion
